Sizing & Product Details

• Q. How do I measure my nail size?

You can measure the widest part of your natural nail bed using a hard measuring ruler, and send it to us in order notes on the contact page.

Please make sure you are using centimeters.

• Q. Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes, if our standard sizes (S, M, L) don't fit you perfectly, please select the "Custom" option and list your specific nail numbers in the notes on the cart page.

• Q. Can I choose different nail shapes and lengths?

Each nail design is intentionally designed with a specific nail shape. Please contact us via contact page if you have special needs for shapes.

• Q. Will the actual product look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to make sure the colors appear the same on screens. However, as each set is 100% handcrafted, slight variations in art or placement may occur. Also, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

Application & Wear

• Q. How long do the nail tips stay on?

It depends on the adhesive used. Adhesive tabs typically last 1–3 days, while nail glue can last 1–2 weeks with proper application. Also, press-on nails look more natural when you use nail glue.

• Q. How do I remove them without damaging my natural nails?

For adhesive tabs, soak your hands in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes. Use the wooden cuticle stick provided to gently lift the edges.

For nail glue, if it does not fall off by itself, please do not force to remove it. We recommend using nail glue remover. Drop 1-2 drops on the cuticle, and gently lift the edge. Drop 1-2 drops under it, and let it soak for some minutes. Use provided wooden stick to gently remove it.

• Q. Are they waterproof?

Yes, they are water-resistant. However, we recommend avoiding water for at least 2–3 hours after application to let the adhesive bond completely.

Reuse & Care

• Q. Are the nail tips reusable?

Yes, if you use adhesive tabs, the tips can be reused multiple times. If you use glue, you’ll need to gently buff away the dried glue residue from the back of the tip before reapplying.

• Q. How should I store my nails after use?

Keep them in the storage case to protect them from dust and sunlight, ensuring the art stays vibrant for your next wear.

Orders & Shipping

• Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Since every set is made-to-order, please allow 5~8 business days for production before shipping. If you need nails quicker, you can choose faster option of 1~2 days advanced delivery at check out.

• Q. What is included in my package?

Each order comes with a Prep Kit, which includes: 10 nail tips, 2 mini nail files, 3 wooden cuticle sticks, alcohol prep pads, 3ml nail glue and 3 sheets of adhesive tabs.

• Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handmade to your specific size and style, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and customization reasons. You can cancel or make changes within 24 hours after order submission. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
